We are excited to introduce Devon Thompson, PA-C, to our patients!  Devon brings medical experience and a compassionate heart to her role as a Certified Physician Assistant.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Science and a Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Florida State University College of Medicine.  Devon is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and trained with multiple facilities in the North Florida / South Georgia region.  She practiced Family Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology in rural Georgia before returning to North Florida to practice medicine in Tallahassee.  She is passionate about patient wellness and lifestyle medicine, and desires to help patients meet their health goals.

Originally from a small rural town in the Florida panhandle not far from Tallahassee, Devon grew up surrounded by animals, fostering a lifelong love for all manner of creatures, and has cared for a variety of wild animals and pets for many years.  Devon is also enthusiastic about reading, cooking, baking, and traveling with her husband, and is dedicated to serving others, including through impactful medical missions overseas and local projects.  In addition to her professional expertise, Devon’s unique blend of skills and personal experiences makes her a valuable asset to our patient community.
